THE EXPERIENCE

Over fifteen years, I've worked across some of London and Berkshire's most prestigious property developments, from London Square Developments conversion of the iconic Royal Star & Garter in Richmond to Berkeley Homes, premium residential portfolios. My career has spanned the full spectrum of high-value property: new development sales and marketing, whole building sales, Acquisitions, estate agency, and international client relations. I've worked  with worldwide buyers and built specific relationships from investors around the UAE, China, Singapore, and Turkey. Alongside high-profile clients including professional  sports people, all requiring absolute discretion and exceptional service.

Throughout this journey, I consistently encountered situations where traditional estate agency couldn't serve clients' needs: executors managing estate settlements under time pressure, investors requiring guaranteed exit strategies, individuals navigating complex circumstances requiring both speed and sensitivity.

I established Simpson & Marlowe Property to address exactly these situations. I provide the expertise, honest guidance, and personal attention that time-sensitive property circumstances require.

 

THE APPROACH

Working at on prestigious developments taught me that exceptional service isn't about volume but understanding each client's unique circumstances and delivering what you promise. Whether I was managing international buyers investing £2 million sight-unseen, or advising sports professionals requiring complete discretion, the principles remained constant: honest advice, realistic expectations, and absolute integrity.

Having worked in large corporate environments, I understand their Strengths but also their limitations. I wanted to create something different: a boutique service where clients receive direct access to an experienced professional, where discretion is guaranteed, and where advice is honest even when it's not immediately profitable

My career has focused on London and the Home Counties particularly Berkshire, where I'm now based in Ascot. I understand these markets intimately: the property values, the buyer profiles, the market dynamics, and the level of discretion clients expect and deserve.

From working with international buyers and maintaining my own interest in overseas property investment, I've developed expertise in cross-border transactions and the considerations that global investors navigate, knowledge that serves both international buyers and UK-based clients with international portfolios.

 

WHY "SIMPSON & MARLOWE"

The business is named for my young daughter, Marlowe. As a single mother, I've built a life centred around showing her the world. We have travelled twelve countries together, just the two of us, from volunteering at a turtle conservation centre in the Maldives to exploring our family connections across France, Israel, and Kenya.

This business represents more than professional ambition, it's about building something lasting for her future while demonstrating that success comes from integrity, hard work, and treating people with respect.

That long-term perspective shapes every client relationship: building reputation over chasing quick wins, delivering exceptional service over cutting corners, and maintaining absolute discretion in every transaction.

 

BEYOND PROPERTY

Outside of work, I'm passionate about travel, fine dining, and international property markets. As a competitive swimmer who's competed across the UK and internationally in Germany, Malta, and Cyprus, I bring the same discipline and goal-focus to client service that I've developed through competitive sport.

These interests aren't separate from my professional life, they inform it. Understanding luxury hotels from the Maldives to the Mediterranean, appreciating quality in every detail, and navigating international environments all contribute to serving clients who expect sophistication and discretion.
